QIs initial setup training provided?Yes. Basic setup training is provided upon delivery.

QWhat is the warranty period?The standard warranty period is one year from the date of delivery.
Manufacturing defects are covered under warranty. -
QWhat is not covered by the warranty?The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
Damage caused by user negligence
Unauthorized modifications and improper use
Consumable or wear items
Cosmetic damage such as scratches or surface wear -
QIs an extended warranty program available?Yes. Extended warranty programs are available.
