U.S. Roboligent–Tesollo Sign MoU for Robotics Technology Collaboration
Austin-based AI and soft manipulator robotics startup Roboligent has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tesollo, a leading provider of robotic hand-based automation solutions, to establish a cooperative business model. Through this MoU, the two companies aim to lay the foundation for generating substantial business synergies and move toward a full-fledged strategic partnership in the near future.
The two companies plan to launch joint projects that integrate robotic hand and robotic arm technologies, combining their respective expertise and market know-how to develop innovative robotic solutions and enhance global market competitiveness. “Robotic hands and robotic arms are complementary technologies and product categories, and this collaboration is expected to maximize business synergy,” both companies stated.
By merging Roboligent’s AI-driven precision soft robotic arm technology with Tesollo’s multi-DOF robotic hand technology designed to mimic the human hand, the companies expect to develop solutions capable of automating complex and delicate tasks that have been difficult for conventional robots to perform.
Roboligent is currently engaged in partnerships and investment discussions with major IT and manufacturing companies in the U.S. and Korea, including Ford. The company emphasized that its collaboration with Tesollo will further advance accuracy and business outcomes in diverse industrial and logistics processes.
