Tesollo Unveils Four-Finger Gripper Display Film Peeling Solution
Tesollo, a specialist in robotic hand manufacturing and automation solutions, participated in K-Display 2025 held at COEX, Seoul, from August 7 to 9, showcasing solutions applicable to the display industry.
At the exhibition, Tesollo presented a display industry–ready solution using its four-finger multi-joint gripper, the DG-4F.
The company demonstrated an automated process using the new DG-4F to precisely remove and reattach protective films on display panels, drawing strong interest from visitors.
Through this demonstration, Tesollo proved both the automation potential in display manufacturing processes and the technological competitiveness of the DG-4F.
The DG-4F, unveiled at the exhibition, features a four-finger multi-joint structure that integrates the capabilities of a right-hand gripper, left-hand gripper, and parallel gripper into a single product.
This design allows flexible use under various operating conditions and enables precise gripping, assembly, and packing of sensitive and difficult-to-handle components.
In particular, the DG-4F is engineered with high-precision control technology to safely handle delicate parts such as display panels, which are highly sensitive to impact.
Its multi-functionality enables a single gripper to perform a variety of tasks, significantly reducing the time and cost associated with changing grippers in the workplace.
Tesollo’s DG-4F solution is emerging as an alternative to reduce labor costs on production lines and maximize process efficiency.
In addition to the DG-4F showcased at the exhibition, Tesollo also offers a diverse product lineup, including the DG-3F-B, DG-3F-M, and DG-5F. These products are rapidly expanding their applications across manufacturing, logistics, and the electronics industry, as well as in the emerging humanoid robot hand technology sector.
The newly introduced DG-4F, unveiled at this exhibition, is scheduled for commercial release in September, with pre-orders currently underway. With continuous orders from domestic and overseas manufacturers, the product has already attracted significant market attention ahead of its official launch.
