Tesollo, along with Techman Robot and BlockNine, showcased a collaborative robotic solution at the '2024 Smart Factory and Automation Industry Exhibition (AW 2024),' drawing significant attention from attendees with demonstrations of robots unscrewing bolts and performing pick-and-place tasks.

Tesollo, in collaboration with Techman Robot and BlockNine, presented an automation solution integrating each company's technology with Tesollo's 'Delto Gripper-3F (DG-3F)' robotic gripper. The pick-and-place robot displayed at the exhibition featured a solution combining the DG-3F with Techman Robot's collaborative robot and vision system, demonstrating how it could place individual components into designated boxes.

A representative from Tesollo explained, 'This robot operates based on an algorithm designed to ensure each component is placed in its assigned box. It is expected to excel in classification processes, which previously relied on human labor.'

Additionally, the screw-extracting robot demonstrated the role it plays in BlockNine’s coil winding process by unscrewing products from their support cases after the winding process. Some attendees took special notice of the robot's independent finger movement during this demonstration.

A senior researcher from Tesollo commented, 'The Tesollo gripper is designed with a multi-axis joint mechanism, offering exceptional flexibility tailored to various environments.'"
