Tesollo Unveils New Version of Robotic Gripper 'DG-3F'
Tesollo has launched an upgraded version of its robotic gripper, the DG-3F.
The newly upgraded DG-3F features three fingers and twelve joints, not only boasting enhanced hardware specifications but also embedding a grasping algorithm that enables it to securely grip a wide range of objects.
A Tesollo representative explained, “The DG-3F is compatible with various types of robotic arms and is currently being utilized in manufacturing sites that require assembly operations.” They added, “It offers flexible response to different environments, can operate only the necessary fingers depending on the task, and allows switching between gripping modes based on the target object.”
The DG-3F-M, an advanced version of the best-selling DG-3F, is a next-generation robotic gripper featuring a modular design. It is capable of performing precise grasping tasks across various industrial settings. In addition, it improves upon previous issues such as collision and interference during object handling, while also offering enhanced durability and maintainability, delivering the technical reliability needed for application in mass production lines.
According to Tesollo, “Compared to the previous model, the new DG-3F features fingers that are 40% slimmer, allowing better access for gripping, and the torque output is nearly twice as strong.” They also noted improvements in user-friendly interface design and simplified operation.
The DG-3F-M is applicable in various fields including smart factories, logistics and automation industries, as well as research and development.
Founded in 2019, Tesollo is a company that develops multi-joint robotic grippers and automation solutions, and owns the Delto Gripper brand series. The Delto Gripper lineup includes finger-type grippers, parallel-type grippers, and customizable gripper options tailored to various use cases.
